There are two different methods to contact us:
- One method is through emailing support@intergrid.com.au
- The other method is by lodging a ticket. To do so, please follow the steps below:
- Go to the support portal using: https://intergrid.com.au/ and login using the credentials. The page appears as below:
- Click on to the “Open New Ticket” (highlighted in red in the above picture). Clicking on the button, the page will be displayed a below:
- The ticket can be raised through four different options (each options denotes different departments :Accounts & Billing, Network Operations & Facility Management, Sales and Support)
- Choose any one of the options depending upon the type of your query
- The form displays as below:
- Fill in all the details and click the “Submit” button to raise a ticket
