There are two different methods to contact us:

  1. One method is through emailing 
  2. The other method is by lodging a ticket. To do so, please follow the steps below:


  • Click on to the “Open New Ticket” (highlighted in red in the above picture). Clicking on  the button, the page will be displayed a below:


  • The ticket can be raised through four different options (each options denotes different departments :Accounts & Billing, Network Operations & Facility Management, Sales and Support)
  • Choose any one of the options depending upon the type of your query
  • The form displays as below:



  • Fill in all the details and click the “Submit” button to raise a ticket
