Account security is imperative to Intergrid. We have recently implemented a one-time Support PIN on all accounts. Whenever you contact us via telephone, chat or email, you should provide this PIN to the team member assisting you. 


This document provides step by step information on how to view and generate a Support PIN from your Client Area account. 

 

  1. Login to your Client Area account. 
  2. On your Client Area dashboard, you will see a Support PIN box on the right hand side
  3. Click Show Full PIN to reveal your PIN.
  4. If you need to re-authenticate, click Generate New PIN to create a new one-time PIN.
